Papageno Konstanz: Sustainability in fine dining – insights into a gourmet restaurant
Sustainability in award-winning cuisine
Click A Tree shows how easily sustainability can be implemented in gastronomy.
- A tree is planted for every gourmet menu and every vegetarian gourmet menu
- The Papageno forest is created in a very uncomplicated way
- The diverse design options inspire both your own team and your customers
- Best practice example: restaurant visitors have already planted over 1500 trees
Positive feedback from guests
The Papageno in Constance offers sophisticated Central European cuisine with influences from France: classic cuisine, interpreted in a modern and seasonal way.
Patrick Stier and his young team have already received several awards for their outstanding work. Many regulars, but also tourists, regularly visit the restaurant on the Swiss border. The gourmet menus, which are also available in vegetarian versions, are particularly popular. For each of these menus, a tree is planted in Ghana and the guests thank us with positive feedback.
Guests are enthusiastic about the opportunity to plant a tree by eating a gourmet menu. Over 1500 trees have already been planted with Click A Tree. In addition to reforestation, the two entrepreneurial schools in Ghana are also supported.
Guests can find information about the cooperation on the menu and the Papageno team is also happy to provide information about the project in Ghana.
